Shipping policy

Kuumba sells physical books. Orders are packed and shipped by our book fulfillment supplier, Ingram, on Kuumba’s behalf.

Where we ship

At launch, Standard shipping is available to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, DC. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military addresses and international destinations are not currently supported.

Shipping cost and timing

Standard shipping is calculated at checkout using the weight of the books in your order. Our current checkout rates support packages up to 15 lb. For larger orders, contact support@kuumba.app before ordering.

Standard transit is estimated at 3–8 business days after shipment. Order processing time is additional. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, and availability or carrier delays may affect timing.

Tracking and delivery

Tracking information will be provided when it becomes available. An order may arrive in more than one shipment. Please check your delivery address carefully before paying and contact support@kuumba.app promptly if a correction is needed. Address changes may not be possible after an order is sent for fulfillment.

For damaged, incorrect, missing or delayed deliveries, email support@kuumba.app with your order number. Please contact Kuumba before returning any book; return instructions are provided after review.
