Return and refund policy

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Books must be unused and in their original condition.

To request a return, email support@kuumba.app with your order number and the book you would like to return. Please contact Kuumba for return instructions before sending anything back.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return postage. If your book arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, Kuumba covers the return postage. Please contact us with your order number and a description of the issue so we can help.

After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you about your refund. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method; your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
